The Alumnae Association has agreed to host an onsite reunion next year, therefore, Columbia Hospital School of Nursing Alumnae Association celebrates its 21st Biennial Reunion on AUGUST 16, 2024 – AUGUST 18, 2024 at the Embassy Suites in Columbia, SC.
Get in touch with your school mates, classmates, friends and family and make them aware of the pending dates. We welcome all and don’t want anyone to miss out on this wonderful occasion. We want it to be one of the most memorable and unforgettable.
Of course, early planning for the reunion makes it necessary to lock in dates, rooms, food, events etc. to make sure we receive the accommodations for the Reunion that we request. Many changes have occurred since our last reunion and the Hotel now require that the majority of the Hotel charges be paid well in advance of the Reunion. The contract require CHSNAA to pay installments every other month over a 6 month period with final payment prior to the Reunion.
So that our CHSNAA budget does not become depleted, it is necessary to request Registrations fees ( listed on Registration form) from alumnae now, which can be paid in installments/deposits during any month prior to the Reunion. These payments must be made payable to CHSNAA.
We anticipate that all will make an effort to pay registration fees early and thus allowing us to make final payment as agreed on the contract with the hotel.
